Now type regedit and press enter, this will open Registry Editor

Now look for the key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\control\Contentindex

Now find the key called "Startup Delay"

Double click on it, go to base & click decimal

Change its default value i.e. 4800000(75300:hexadecimal) to 40000

Here you go now close the Registry Editor and Restart your computer. You will see the result.
